Things to do & see in the area
Golf
Just a few golf courses in the area are, Morro Bay, Dairy Creek, Laguna Lake, Black Lake, Avila, Chalk Mountain, Sea Pines and Hunter Ranch. They are all closer than 35 minutes.
San Luis Obispo County Beaches
The Beaches are California’s most plentiful, and there are easy access areas from tidepools to big wave surfing. You can also surf, explore Kayaking, and rent Beach Surfboards.
Kite Surfing
Take lessons and watch the masters in one of the worlds most exciting venues.
Biking
The San Luis Obispo Area has great mountain and road spectaculars that have been featured in the Tour de California. San Luis Obispo has the largest professional race outside of Europe. SLO also has bike rentals and individual road/ trail itineraries.
